The 'Change One Thing' campaign is being launched as a way of getting feedback from local people as to how they want to see local services improved.

Thurrock LINk is interested to hear your views on Social and Health Care locally, and from that form some workplans to bring about change.

So the question is, quite simply, what would you change if you could....

Change One Thing?

The Change One Thing campaign launched at the 'Full of Life' Older People's Day held at the Civic Hall on 26 September, and will run until early October.

Posters and adverts will be appearing across the Borough asking the simple question, "If you could change one thing about Health & Social Care in Thurrock, what would it be?"  We'll also be asking the same question at all the events we attend during the campaign, and will be popping up across Thurrock to ask others in person.

A special freephone number has been donated to Thurrock LINk for the campaign, and we invite you to call and leave a message with details of what you would like to see changed.  The number is 0800 0 80 50 80.

UPDATE - There will be a Public Meeting on Tursday 15 Decemeber, during which we will invite you to help us prioritise the issues raised during the campaign, and in turn form the LINk's workplan for 2010.  The meeting will be held from 2pm until 4pm, na drepeatred from 6pm until 8pm, in the Community Hall at The Beehive.
